Click on an option below to request services or report an incident. You'll be prompted to login before you can submit a request.

How to login:
Students: firstname.lastname@go.minneapolis.edu
Employees: firstname.lastname@minneapolis.edu
You will be routed to the StarID log in page, log in with your StarID and StarID password.

 

Report an incident for general questions and issues with logins, connecting, permissions, hardware, or software. Report an incident for things that are not functioning correctly or issues with existing services. View previously submitted requests and ticket correspondence using the View Open Requests button

If you are experiencing issues with logging into your college email, log back into the customer portal to view your request, add comments and view responses from Technology Support team members.
